2. Services Provided

Studio Duke provides music-related services including, but not limited to:

• Recording sessions

• Mixing and mastering

• Production services

• Rehearsals

• Creative and technical support

All services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.

3. Bookings

• All sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Bookings may be made via email, phone, social media, or any approved booking system.

• A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Payments

• Prices will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Payment terms (deposit or full payment) will be agreed in advance.

• All fees must be paid in full before or at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may result in withheld files or refusal of future bookings.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Session Time and Conduct

• Session time includes setup, breakdown, and any breaks taken.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrival does not extend session time.

• You are responsible for your own conduct and that of any guests.

• We reserve the right to end a session without refund if behaviour is abusive, unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.

7. Studio Equipment and Property

• Studio equipment must be used with care.

• Any loss or damage caused by you or your guests may be charged to you.

• No food or drink near equipment unless explicitly permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your recordings, compositions, and performances unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Studio Duke retains ownership of any templates, workflows, presets, or proprietary methods used during sessions.

• We may not use your recordings for promotional purposes without your consent.

9. File Storage and Delivery

• We will provide session files in an agreed format.

• We are not responsible for long-term storage of session files unless agreed.

• Clients are encouraged to back up files immediately upon receipt.

10. Health, Safety, and Liability

• You attend and use the studio at your own risk.

• Studio Duke is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, equipment failure, power outages, or acts of God.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or on our website.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
